EP Smoke Local Delivery & Pickup Policy

EP Smoke does not currently ship products by mail or parcel carrier. Customer fulfillment is limited to approved local delivery and pickup in the Dayton and Miami Valley service area.

Local delivery

Local delivery requires a minimum merchandise order of $20. Standard local delivery is $7.99. Standard local delivery is free on qualifying orders of $100 or more.

Pickup

Customer pickup is free. Availability, timing and pickup instructions are confirmed through the current EP Smoke order process.

Age verification

EP Smoke is a 21+ business. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required at pickup or delivery before age-restricted merchandise is released. Orders that cannot satisfy applicable age or identity requirements will not be handed over.

Payment

Delivery and pickup do not change the EP Smoke payment policy. Online credit-card processing is not offered through the customer Gateway. Approved payment is completed in person by cash or in-person debit.

Delivery availability can vary by service area, inventory, operating hours and service capacity.
