EP Smoke is an Emerald Paradise operating brand of EP Holdings & Investments LLC serving Dayton and the Miami Valley. By using epsmoke.com, the EP Smoke Gateway, or related customer services, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the site.

21+ Access and Purchase Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase age-restricted products from EP Smoke. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required before merchandise is released. We may refuse or cancel a transaction when age, identity, product eligibility, inventory, or legal requirements cannot be verified.

Orders, Pricing and Availability

Products, prices, descriptions, inventory, delivery availability, and operating details may change. An order request is subject to product availability and final confirmation. Errors may be corrected before fulfillment.

Payment

EP Smoke does not offer online card processing through its customer Gateway. Approved customer payments are completed in person using cash or in-person debit, subject to the current store policy. Do not submit card information through forms or channels that are not specifically provided for an approved in-person transaction.

Fulfillment

EP Smoke currently provides approved local delivery and pickup only and does not offer parcel shipping. Delivery and pickup remain subject to service-area, age-verification, identity, inventory, and operating requirements.

Lawful Use

You may not use EP Smoke services or products for an unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass age or identity controls, interfere with the site or its security, or provide false or misleading information.

Returns and Customer Support

Returns and refunds are governed by the current Return & Refund Policy. Questions should be submitted through the customer-support channels published on epsmoke.com.
